The role requires excellent customer service skills and critical thinking to provide patient-centered care to a population of approximately 170,000 patients.
Employees will work in a hybrid environment with the majority of duties performed remotely while collaborating closely with clinical care teams.

HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality knowledge
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

Bilingual Spanish communication skills
Prior pharmacy industry experience
Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Pharmacy Technician
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote environment
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of accredited Pharmacy Technician or Medical Assistant program
Minimum one year of experience in a medical setting
Massachusetts Pharmacy Board Registration or Medical Assistant Certification preferred
