Job Summary

• Supports the operations leadership team by contributing to labor allocation, leading meetings, assigning job duties, coaching for success, creating a safe & collaborative work environment, and driving process improvement.
• Leads will work closely with department supervisors to monitor work flows, manage dwells, and drive overall shift performance.
