Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • PhD in pharmacometrics or related field
  • 7+ years pharmaceutical drug development experience
  • Proficiency in NONMEM, R, MATLAB, or Monolix
  • Experience with IND, NDA submissions to global agencies
  • Expertise in population PK/PD and exposure-response modeling

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC)
  • Knowledge of Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP)
  • Background in T Cell Engagers or biologics
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills

Key Requirements

  • Ph.D. with 7+ years experience OR Masters/PharmD with 9+ years
  • Demonstrated impact in pharmacometrics applications
