Job Summary
Manage and influence relationships between multiple internal and external shareholders, provide consultation on multi-years business planning, align long-term corporate vision and increase market penetration with objectives to maximizing brand presence.
This role is responsible for the overall revenue and net unit growth across portfolio primarily in Japan and Korea.
Responsible for coaching and holding their partner/licensees accountable to the standards and reputation of the brand while driving sales and profitability and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of experience in franchisee general management or Director of Ops
Fluency in English
