Job Summary

  • Manage and influence relationships between multiple internal and external shareholders, provide consultation on multi-years business planning, align long-term corporate vision and increase market penetration with objectives to maximizing brand presence.
  • This role is responsible for the overall revenue and net unit growth across portfolio primarily in Japan and Korea.
  • Responsible for coaching and holding their partner/licensees accountable to the standards and reputation of the brand while driving sales and profitability and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in franchisee general management or Director of Ops
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to read, write & speak Korean and Japanese
  • Demonstrated experience in technical and operational training
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Customer Focus mindset
