Job Summary

  • Own data quality standards and drive continuous process improvement across our CRM, partnering closely with Sales, Senior Revenue Ops, and internal systems stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex data merges, account deduplication, and territory disputes, resolving issues with speed and precision.
  • Collaborate with the Internal Systems & Data (ISD) team to understand system workflows, validate change requests, and drive operational alignment.
