Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for ensuring that dining room tables are cleared and properly maintained before, during and after each seating.
  • Carries soiled dishes to kitchen, replaces soiled linen and sets tables, and replenishes supply of linens, silverware and glasses.
  • Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job, stand and/or walk for long periods of time, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
