  • The Pharmacist Resident participates in planned clinical and administrative functions and learning experiences with program emphasis on developing proficiency in clinical skills, leadership, management, managed care pharmacy practice, quality improvement, and teaching, education, and dissemination of knowledge.
  • The Resident will develop competencies, skills, and ability to apply drug therapy knowledge, becoming a managed care pharmacist clinician with diverse patient care, leadership and education skills who is eligible for board certification and postgraduate year two (PGY2) pharmacy residency training.

Key Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
  • Eligible for licensure as a Pharmacist in Washington State
  • Selection and assignment through ASHP Resident National Matching Program
  • U. S. citizenship, or Green Card valid through end date
