Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, or suspected abuse immediately to supervisors.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm, positive environment throughout the shift.

Must-have
