The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws and possess the ability to read and interpret technical procedures.
The role requires frequent lifting and moving of residents, maintaining accurate records of food intake and vital signs, and reporting any suspected abuse or incidents.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Follow infection control and blood exposure policies
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Assist with resident admission and discharge processes
Demonstrate ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license
Minimum 10th grade education required
Ability to apply mathematical concepts like fractions and percentages
Must follow established policies concerning exposure to blood/body fluids
