Executes basic and technical alteration services, resolves consumer concerns, and educates store teams on customer offerings and services provided by the Tailor Shop.
Requires a thorough understanding of the denim industry, current trends, textiles, fabrics, and proven skills in sewing, tailoring, and textile repair.
