Job Summary

  • Clinical social workers provide SUD education, assessment and diagnosis, individual and group therapy, and treatment planning for patients with primary substance use disorder (SUD) and/or patients dually diagnosed with SUD and co-occurring psychiatric disorders.
  • This role is full time M-F but hybrid in nature, candidate will be required to be onsite 2 days per week (more if needed).
  • The clinical social worker provides clinical services to patients and families which address psychosocial, environmental, age specific and cultural issues in order to maximize emotional, social and physical wellbeing and the effective use of health care and community resources.
