The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for establishing and developing business-to-business relationships for Greystar's Spanish portfolios across Student Accommodation, Multifamily, and Flexible Living.
You will identify, approach, and close commercial agreements with public and private universities, language schools, and international mobility agencies to drive high-volume reservations.
This role requires acting as a strategic partner to academic institutions while leading the negotiation of framework agreements and group bookings to meet leasing budgets.
