Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Industrial HVAC system maintenance
Troubleshooting HVAC controls and sensors
Preventative and corrective HVAC maintenance
Operate large-scale air handling units
Coordinate contracted HVAC service providers
Maintain HVAC system performance monitoring
Nice-to-have
Experience with building automation systems
Knowledge of LG, VG, and Dycon HVAC systems
Ability to work in mission-critical environments
Supportive workplace culture
Use of Microsoft Word and Excel
Key Requirements
6–8 years industrial or commercial HVAC experience
EPA 608 Type II Certification
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
