Participants in the MGB Shift Commitment program can earn up to $20,000 in semi-annual lump sum payments for meeting minimum hour requirements over a 12-month period.

Base: $122,803.20 - $173,867.20 annually; Bonus: Up to $20,000 via Shift Commitment program; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including career advancement and recognition programs

Key Requirements
