Base: $138,600-$257,400 (Senior Principal); $145,600-$270,400 (Associate Director); Bonus/Equity: Performance-based cash incentive and annual equity awards; Benefits: Health, life, disability, 401(k), time off

• Ph.D. or Pharm.D. degree required
