  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with WMS configuration, reporting, and operational workflows
  • Familiarity with Optricity or similar slotting tools
  • Ability to monitor, diagnose, and resolve technology problems
  • Skilled in conducting gap analysis
  • Ability to design, execute, and report on systems/service tests
  • Proficient in utilizing modeling tools
  • Skilled in leading facilitated sessions
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects concurrently
