Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals and technical procedures.
The role requires frequent lifting and moving of residents, maintaining confidentiality of protected health information, and reporting all changes in resident condition immediately.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant status
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Experience with patient vital sign monitoring
