The company is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to oversee inventory functions and meet operational KPIs in the electronics manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supply chain management, managerial experience, and proficiency in ERP systems

Job Summary

  • Lead the inventory control function to meet all operational KPIs and management objectives while driving continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, cost optimization, and process efficiency.
  • Manage and develop a team of inventory, purchasing, and planning professionals by providing coaching, performance evaluation, and skills training to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Monitor inventory turnover, holding costs, and stock health to protect company profitability and lead actions to minimize excess, slow-moving, or obsolete stock through timely review and decision-making.
