  • You would be managing the following: Overseeing all building systems including fire/life safety and electro mechanical equipment’s and HVAC systems.
  • Formulating suitable budgeting controls and Monitoring SLA’s & KPI’s for JLL and outsourced agencies towards effective service deliverance.
