Key Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in community-based service or health related field especially in Dementia
  • Cert IV or higher level of qualification considered
  • Demonstrated experience working with carers of people with dementia and people living with dementia and their families
  • Demonstrated ability to provide recommendations/suggestions to improve lives of people living with dementia
  • Demonstrated high level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication
  • Demonstrated ability to network with, consult and respond to diverse stakeholders
