  • The Field IT Support candidate will focus their day to day by providing support to our clients and the wider Ticketmaster and Livenation business either remotely or in person.
  • The Field IT Support team will often work in the pressurised but enjoyable environment of festivals and outdoor events installing a wide range of hardware and software solutions that provides fans with a seamless and enjoyable experience attending Live events.

Must-have

  • On-site end user training
  • Microsoft, Apple, and mobile device applications
  • Wired and wireless networking technologies

Nice-to-have

  • Ticketing and/or retail systems experience
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Dynamic to meet changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Six to twelve months of technology industry experience
  • Valid clean driving licence
  • Ability to travel required
  • May be required to work nights, weekends, or holidays
