Job Summary

  • This role is primarily responsible for the administrative actions in processing and issuing of orders placed by internal and external clients through our online mouse ordering system (MOS) and the institute’s Animal Management System (AMS), ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • A significant focus of this position is on administrative tasks, including generation and management of required reports, analysis of detailed reports to support animal breeding programs, preparation of monthly accounts and the coordination of internal meetings including recording of minutes and action items.
  • Encouraging a team environment, modelling professional behaviour, and potentially overseeing indirect supervisory responsibilities are also essential components of this role.
