Maintain a well-kept and manicured curb appeal, perform trash and debris pick-up in common areas, and assist with light cleaning and repairs prior to new resident move-ins.

Base: $18/per hour; Bonus/Equity: Monthly bonuses eligible; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with Employer Matching, PTO, etc.
