The Director of Human Resources will serve as the primary administrative leader responsible for all human resources matters, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, compliance, employee investigations, and staff development.
This role partners with the CEO/Executive Director, CFO, Superintendent, and Director of Development on operational and strategic plans, and reports on HR needs to the Board of Trustees.
