Must-have
10+ years software quality assurance experience
Lead and mentor QA engineering team
Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies
Execute manual and automated testing efforts
Proficiency in JIRA qTest TestRail tools
Nice-to-have
Salesforce testing experience
Performance testing with JMeter or LoadRunner
CI/CD pipeline familiarity
Programming skills in Java Python C#
Power BI reporting capabilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or Engineering
10+ years of experience in software QA
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
Experience managing QA projects and cross-functional teams
