Job Summary
As a HR Advisor (Policy & Benefit), you will be responsible for HR policy and benefit support, including processing HR transactional activities and administering local benefit plans.
You will lead company events such as Shell Day, Kathin, Staff Party and Long Service Awards to enhance employee relations and make employees feel valued and proud to work for Shell.
The role includes managing employee data and documentation, coordinating with insurance and medical service providers, and acting as HR Online Content Editor and Knowledge Management Focal Point for Thailand.

Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years HR experience
