Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
  • Essential duties include maintaining employee records, coordinating schedules, reporting to the Director of Nursing Services, and assisting with various administrative and personnel functions.
  • The role requires the ability to cope with mental and emotional stress, work effectively with residents and personnel, and potentially assist in resident evacuation during emergencies.
