Job Summary

• The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) is responsible for the day-to-day activities in the rehabilitation department of an assigned facility or facilities, including direct and indirect services, supervision, hiring, and training of therapy personnel.
• Essential duties include directly supervising and guiding all therapy personnel, performing daily scheduling, providing direct care, assuring resident needs are met, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and quality of care.
• The role requires the ability to travel as necessary, maintain confidentiality, identify areas for development, and promote a positive attitude regarding the company's mission and goals.
