Job Summary
You will lead a team of analytical scientists and analytical equipment validation specialists to deliver validated analytical equipment and high-quality analytical data to support discovery and development across multiple projects.
Approve analytical test results for release or rejection of products, excipients, packaging components and purified water, ensuring compliance with GMP, corporate policies and standards to ensure patient safety, product quality and data integrity.

Key Requirements
Degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated experience leading or supervising analytical scientists or specialists
Strong hands-on experience in chromatographic and dissolution techniques
Experience in analytical method development, qualification and validation
Proven ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
