Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must ensure correct resident information when assisting with activities of daily living and promptly report all changes in condition to the Health and Wellness Director.
  • Starting salary is $19 per hour, dependent on experience, with responsibilities including lifting up to 25 pounds and maintaining strict confidentiality of resident data.
