Job Summary

  • You will be supporting the Manager and leading the team at Kings Cross Station to deliver exceptional customer service to all, by utilising interpersonal skills, a passion for the brand, and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Leading a team of Retail Assistants by setting a great example for customer service, etiquette, and shop presentation.
  • Conducting daily team briefs to set the team up for their shift and setting sales targets and reporting sales figures; motivating team toward achieving them.

Salary
