The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local standards.
You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures that govern the nursing service department to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
This role requires managing staffing levels, conducting daily rounds, and collaborating with physicians and families to plan comprehensive resident care and treatment.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in this state
Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
2 years or more experience in long-term care
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
Current CPR certification
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
