Job Summary

  • Responsible for performing routine plant maintenance, troubleshooting calls, surveys, locates, outage repair, track and repair Cumulative Leakage Index (CLI), power supply maintenance and construction maintenance.
  • Will be called upon to troubleshoot and resolve service failures related but not limited to Company services such as Video (analog and digital,) Comcast Digital Voice (CDV,) and Comcast High Speed Data (CHSI) inclusive of Home Networking and Home Plug.
  • Must be available to work overtime including weekends, evenings and holidays, and may be considered essential personnel during larger customer impacting events.

Key Requirements
