In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in helping the Capability team achieve its £350m efficiency target, identifying opportunities where Digital Transformation and AI can unlock real, measurable cost savings and operational improvements.
Take overall accountability for delivering the transformation of our Commercial and Delivery business, ensuring projects are completed on time and that cost benefits are realised for the organisation - from discovery and design through to implementation and benefit realisation.
28 days holiday + bank holidays (and the ability to buy/ sell up to 5 days per year); Annual bonus scheme (of up to £2,250 per annum based on company performance); Leading pension scheme – we will double your contribution (up to 15% when you contribute 7.5%)
