Key Requirements
Experience as a Technical Program Manager
BS/MS in computer science, MBA or engineering management equivalent preferred
Proven expertise managing projects
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to understand high-level technical architecture
Strong focus on customer service
Experience engaging with customers in troubleshooting or escalation scenarios
