Senior Managers must be able to demonstrate leadership skills and uphold Campus Recreation policies and procedures to the patrons of the Penn State University community.
Responsibilities include assisting with management of daily area procedures, development and facilitation of training student staff, and oversight of tracking student staff day-to-day operations.
