Job Summary
The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers in making purchases, merchandising and display, receiving money from and disbursing money to customers, and maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
Essential functions include greeting customers, describing merchandise, recommending products, computing sales prices, processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining a clean sales area.
The role requires the ability to communicate and attend to guests with the highest standard of service, pass cash handling training, and recognize and communicate problems to management.
