Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or similar discipline with at least 12 years of related supply chain experience within pharma/biotech
  • Deep expertise in global product launches, lifecycle management, supply chain strategy, manufacturing readiness, and flow-of-goods/legal entity models
  • Financial and enterprise-level risk assessment acumen
  • Experience with complex or constrained supply launches
  • Executive communication and decision enablement
  • Strong cross-functional and matrix leadership skills
  • Advanced analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
