Must-have
7+ years management consulting experience
Lead complex transformations end-to-end
Strong project and change methodologies
Bridge strategy and execution skills
Synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative information
Nice-to-have
(Re)insurance expertise in Underwriting or Claims
Operating model design experience
Lean Six Sigma background
Project portfolio management exposure
PROSCI or PMP certification preferred
Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in management consulting
Proven track record of leading complex transformations
Strong grounding in Agile, Lean, Waterfall, or Change Management
Financial acumen for business cases and benefits tracking
Experience bridging strategy and detailed implementation planning
