Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for answering incoming calls on the educational support line, which is open evenings and weekends and will have varied shifts.
  • The Health Educator must be able to incorporate the unique patient/caregiver experience into the strategies and solutions we provide to our clients.
  • The Health Educator will be required to successfully complete and adhere to training courses which may include, but are not limited to: Snow Policies and Procedures, HIPAA requirements, and Adverse Event Reporting.
