You will ensure customer expectations are met by evaluating existing products, processes, and materials for failure analysis and potential improvements.
This role requires embedding Quality within the Engineering discipline and championing the deployment of systems to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Three years of relevant engineering experience
Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
Root cause analysis and failure analysis skills
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
Nice-to-have
Proactive insight into technical challenges
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently with occasional guidance
Positive can-do attitude in high-energy environment
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
At least three years of relevant experience
Functional understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Compliance with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations
