Job Summary
The UAMS Transition to Practice- RN New Graduate Residency Program provides specialized lectures, simulation, and clinical experience with designated preceptors.
Selected candidates will provide direct patient care in diverse specialty areas including Critical Care, NICU, Labor & Delivery, and Emergency Department.
New Graduate RN Residents must complete one year of experience and meet all program requirements to be considered for RN I status.
