Lead the design, development, and reliability of a cloud-native data platform powering product adoption insights, customer retention analytics, system monitoring, and operational intelligence.
Own the data platform layer enabling Data Scientists, Analytics Engineers, and BI teams to build scalable, reliable analytics and ML solutions.
Partner closely with the Director of Data Science & Engineering to translate analytics and ML requirements into robust platform capabilities operating at enterprise scale.
