Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing and controlling of warehousing to ensure efficient inventory and warehouse management and cost-effective delivery of shipment volume objectives.
  • This role ensures that output targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met, while leading a team of shift leaders, technical specialists, warehouse technicians and receivers in a structured and coordinated environment.
  • In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 8% with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in production or warehouse environment
  • 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Proven people leadership skills and capability
  • Strong knowledge of TPM, lean manufacturing, standardized work, and safety systems
  • Proven leadership and team development capabilities
  • Comfortable working in systems-integrated setting (ERP/SAP, Infolink, digital dashboards)
