Job Summary
You will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing and controlling of warehousing to ensure efficient inventory and warehouse management and cost-effective delivery of shipment volume objectives.
This role ensures that output targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met, while leading a team of shift leaders, technical specialists, warehouse technicians and receivers in a structured and coordinated environment.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 8% with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in production or warehouse environment
2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Proven people leadership skills and capability
Strong knowledge of TPM, lean manufacturing, standardized work, and safety systems
Proven leadership and team development capabilities
Comfortable working in systems-integrated setting (ERP/SAP, Infolink, digital dashboards)
