Base: $120,000 - $130,000; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive plan available; Benefits: PTO, holidays, paid family leave, medical/dental/vision, 401k

5+ years executive assistant experience
Manage complex international calendars
Lead and supervise administrative staff
Process purchase orders and invoices
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
