Must-have
10-12 years pension operations experience
AML framework implementation and oversight
Hong Kong MPF and ORSO regulatory knowledge
Macau pension scheme compliance expertise
System vendor and IT project leadership
High-risk transaction approval authority
Offshore team performance management
Nice-to-have
Experience with eMPF transition projects
Strong coaching and development mindset
Fluency in spoken and written Chinese
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
Background in continuous process improvement
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk or related discipline
Minimum 10-12 years relevant experience in pension operations or AML
Valid license if job involves regulated activities
Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
