The role focuses on helping customers maximize value from their Workday investment through post go-live support and feature deployments.
Team members will deliver services including Feature Adoption Workshops, Health Checks, and Tenant Reviews to stabilize and optimize applications.
The position requires a candidate with 3+ years of specific experience in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking supporting US and Canadian markets.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years Workday HCM consulting experience
Expertise in Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking modules
Experience with US and/or Canada HRIS implementations
Ability to facilitate feature adoption workshops
Strong system configuration and troubleshooting skills
Nice-to-have
Global implementation experience preferred
Certified or ability to certify in Workday HCM products
Experience influencing senior leaders
Ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously
Strong critical thinking for complex technical issues
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years Human Capital Management software support or consulting
3+ years Workday Consulting experience or SME status
