Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline
  • 5+ years facilities engineering experience
  • Manage capital projects from concept to closeout
  • Review engineering drawings and technical submittals
  • Knowledge of IBC, ASME, NFPA, NEC, ASHRAE codes
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM platforms

Nice-to-have

  • Professional Engineering (PE) license
  • Experience with industrial or mission-critical facilities
  • Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera
  • Experience with commissioning and testing systems
  • Exposure to sustainability and smart building technologies
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience in facilities engineering or construction management
