Job Summary
The Senior Benefits Specialist will serve as an advanced subject matter expert responsible for the administration, analysis, and optimization of Magna’s US Benefits programs.
This role acts as the operational lead by consulting and advising on complex escalations, supporting compliance initiatives, vendor management and process improvement.
Responsibilities include performing detailed audits, analyzing benefits programs to enhance performance and sustainability, and providing coaching to Divisional representatives.
