The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director in running a creative and interactive activities program tailored to meet the interests and needs of each resident.
This role involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities, as well as assisting with communication between employees, residents, families, and external agencies.
The position requires maintaining activity calendars, attendance records, and assisting with transportation and discharge planning to ensure comprehensive resident care.
